Yes, the time has come again to visit your friendly neighborhood comic shop and grab some free comics. This is a great day to break the monotony and maybe read some comics you usually wouldn’t normally check out. Check here to see what comics will be available. Check here to see if your local comic bookstore is participating.

In the spirit of Free Comic Book Day, I will be giving away a few free comics of my own to 5 lucky readers of the site.
What will you win?
The first winner chosen will receive 5 free comics from my collection.
The second winner chosen will receive 3 free comics from my collection.
The third winner chose will receive 2 free comics from my collection.
The fourth and fifth winners chosen will each receive 1 free comic from my collection.
All comics will be bagged and boarded and shipped securely using USPS flat rate postage.
If you win I will send you an email to find out what type of comic(s) you would like to receive and I will try and pick something that you would like to win.

You will have until May 12th, 2011 at 11:59pm EST to get your comments in and you only get up to four(4) submissions per contest. Only one prize per person. If your name is drawn twice I will go on to the next person. Once the time is up I will send out emails to everyone who won and they will have 72 hours to claim their prizes. If they do not respond within that time period I will choose another person at random. After all winners have claimed their prizes I will announce who won!
